NO BANK REFUNDS | ONLY STORE CREDITS

Store credit is a form of refund that can be used towards future purchases at Coke And Caine. Check out scenarios that will make you eligible for smoother & faster process completion.

Items must be in their original condition and include all labels. 
Please ensure that the returned products are unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.
Store credit is available for prepaid and COD orders. In the case of prepaid orders, store credits will be issued within 3 working days, however, for COD orders, it will be issued in 5 working days.
A non-refundable charge of Rs 500 will be applied to all orders.
Store credit is calculated by reducing pick-up charges and shipping charges and is non-refundable. 
The validity of the store credit remains for one month from the date of issue.
Don't forget to share the package unboxing video for the wrong product or missing item within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

If you're exchanging a product for another product of lesser value, then the remittance amount will be refunded back to you as store credit.

In case you're exchanging a product for another product of higher value, then the balance amount shall be paid with UPI or bank transfer in advance to Coke & Caine's source account mentioned on the website.

Payment in any other mode shall not be entertained and the payment confirmation will not be addressed except in the source account.

PLEASE NOTE: 
Items purchased during SALE are non-returnable.
Only ONE TIME exchange is allowed addressing only Quality Issues or Damaged Products, exempting size exchange.
For Sizing & Fits, our team will connect with you to confirm your size & proceed only after you select and confirm the size, post which Coke & Caine is not liable to Exchange/Return.
 
QUALITY ISSUES
Fabric defects like holes, snags, uneven colour, or stains. 
Colour fastness issues, wherein colours bleed or fade easily when washed as per recommended care instructions.
Fabric shrinks excessively after the first wash.
 
PLEASE NOTE: 
Wash-related queries will only be addressed within a month from the date of delivery. 
 
GARMENT MANUFACTURING ISSUES
Uneven stitching, loose threads, skipped stitches, or improper seam sizing. 
If the product specification doesn't match the description.
 
WASH CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Our fabric is only suitable for Dry Cleaning, not suitable for automatic or manual washing.
 
DELIVERY CONCERNS
The delivery time has been exceeded by an additional 10 days, exempting delivery attempts subjected to availability and specified delivery time on the website.
 
(Don't accept if the package is tampered with. Don't hand over the product without SMS confirmation or a pick-up slip. Don't share OTP with the carrier if you haven't received the product.)
 
EXCHANGE POLICY
Size exchange is subject to availability.
Please share the package unboxing video for the wrong/damaged product received.

CANCELLATIONS
We completely understand that plans can change!
Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order goes into production and can’t be cancelled, as each piece is made with care just for you.
 
PLEASE NOTE: 
Colours may vary slightly -/+10% in reference to the product displayed on the website.
Returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
Items purchased during special sales are not eligible for exchange or store credits.

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the package & eligible for store credit or exchange only if they are unused, tags intact, and in resalable condition, and the same product will be shipped back to the customer.
